Make a planned gift through your will, stocks and bonds, real estate, personal property, life insurance policy, or charitable gift annuity or by utilizing the North Dakota Tax Credit program.
We hope you will also consider making a bequest that can provide ongoing support to the teachers and students through grants or scholarships.
North Dakota state law provides tax credits for gifts contributed to a permanent endowment held by the states charitable nonprofit organizations. North Dakotan’s who contribute more than $5,000 to a qualified North Dakota endowment many be eligible for a 40% credit up to a maximum credit of $10,000 per year per taxpayer, $20,000 per year per couple filing jointly.
